Code of Conduct
At Venom Allstars, our athletes are expected to uphold our core values during training sessions, competitions, and interactions with others. These values are the foundation of our strong, supportive culture and are a gym-wide expectation.
Families, we rely on your support to help your athletes understand and embrace these expectations to ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for everyone. Open communication is key, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions, issues, or concerns.
Venom Allstars Expectations
•Demonstrating Venom Values during all practices, competitions, and team events.
•Respecting Others, including teammates, coaches, staff, and competitors.
•Wearing the Venom Allstars Training Uniform at all required practices and events.
•Remaining Inside the Gym until practice is finished and it’s time to go home.
•Attending All Competitive Training Sessionsunless prior notice is given. (Competitive program only)
•Maintaining Cleanliness in the gym and common areas. Disrespecting these spaces will not be tolerated.
•No Smoking, Alcohol, or Vaping is allowed in or around the gym. We are a smoke, alcohol, and vape-free facility.
