Our Stretch and Conditioning Class at Venom Allstars gymfocuses on enhancing flexibility, strength, endurance, and overall athletic performance. Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates is a form of Pilates performed on a mat, focusing on improving core strength, flexibility, posture, and overall body awareness. Unlike equipment-based Pilates, mat classes rely on body weight and gravity to perform exercises, often incorporating small props like resistance bands, balls, or magic circles to enhance movements.
Mat Pilates emphasizes controlled breathing, precise movements, and engaging the core muscles, often referred to as the “powerhouse,” which includes the abdominals, lower back, hips, and pelvic floor.
